Welcome HGA’s new; and not-so-new participants for 2012
Home-Grown Alternatives' new participants and not-so-new ones. Not-so-new because it has been quite a while for two of this year's participants.
We have compiled, and written, a few articles for your enjoyment ... and hopefully for your reading pleasure.

This year we have new and two participants that have not been a part of HGA for sometime. So, we are calling them "semi-new":)

HGA web site has been under attack which has had us offline for over a week.
HGA's the main event only ONCE yearly. We've had numerous requests to stage Home-Grown Alternatives more than once annually. Even though we'd love to, the fact that we all work full time [and the amount of detail that goes into organizing HGA is tremendous], makes it imperative for us to continue to work more on QUALITY and pass on the quantity.
Imagine, an event that we'd decided would last one year has lasted how many??? 15!!!! That's saying SOMETHING! We were like Jonah running from having to do HGA after the first year back in 1995. The artists tracked us down and wouldn't hear of it, the public ran us down and wouldn't hear of it either. 15 years later, HGA's a Bermudian staple to Christmas like what fishcakes are to Easter. We're looking forward to presenting our 15th annual HGA this Saturday, December 4th. C & B there. Christine Wellman HGA Co-Founder & Organizing Committee Member
The early shopper gets first pick! Yes, we'll be having the HGA Lucky Draw but you need to be present to get your prize (the recession has resulted in Santa's elves cutting back on deliveries).
Have you recently made the decision to host a Christmas party this year or even next? Christmas decorations are an important party of the holiday season, but they are an even bigger part of a Christmas party.
